As the customer, you accept full responsibility of verifying the identity of the applicant and proper use of these records, furthermore you agree not to share or display information obtained by CriminalWatchDog.com publicly. CriminalWatchDog.com cannot and does not offer legal advice on how to utilize these reports and is not responsible for any legal actions or damages (monetary or otherwise) resulting from information obtained from searches provided by CriminalWatchDog.com.

CriminalWatchDog, Inc. assumes no liability for any claims for damages arising from the use of this data beyond the actual cost of the searches performed.

Accuracy
The Accuracy of the data submitted by the requestor will impact the accuracy of the results obtained. While the information furnished is from reliable sources, its accuracy is not guaranteed. Coverage Policy
Customers MUST review the record coverage associated with the selected search prior to conducting any Database Search on CriminalWatchDog.com. The customer agrees to the posted data coverage associated with the search performed. CriminalWatchDog.com will not be held responsible for any criminal records not included in our data coverage.

Money Back Guarantee
A 100% refund will be issued if CriminalWatchDog.com is unable to generate a completed report* or if a criminal conviction should have been included in the search results and was not based on our posted coverage. A challenge to any report result must be accompanied by official court documentation proving a conviction exists in the posted data coverage agreed upon during the purchase of the disputed consumer report, only then will a refund be issued.

Refund Policy
CriminalWatchDog, Inc. does implement a No-Refund policy for all completed reports. *A report with the results of “No Matches Found” is considered a successful and completed result. CriminalWatchDog, Inc. will also not be held responsible or issue a refund for the following conditions.

the record was not listed based on our posted coverage
a data entry error or mistake
the individual under investigation was not convicted
a conviction record was sealed or expunged
the crime was committed before the age of 18

If a chargeback is received resulting from this No-Refund policy all applicable information will be forwarded to a collection agency. Along with the disputed total the customer will accrue a processing fee of $65, and if still not paid possibly an adverse trade listing on the customer’s consumer credit report.

Corporate Accounts
Payment of Fees and Charges. All fees and charges due and payable to CriminalWatchDog, Inc. under this Agreement shall be paid by check or by credit card. CriminalWatchDog.com currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. In the event Customer elects to pay by credit card, concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Customer shall deliver to the Company Customer’s credit card information, including the type of credit card (e.g., MasterCard, Visa), the exact name of the credit card account holder as it appears on the credit card, billing address of the card the credit card, account number, and the credit card expiration date. By using any service offered by CriminalWatchDog, Inc. and thereby executing this Agreement and providing the requested credit card information, Customer authorizes, and every time Customer conducts a search on Pass-Through Search basis Customer re-affirms that CriminalWatchDog, Inc. is authorized, to charge Customer’s designated credit card for all sums then due and owing to CriminalWatchDog, Inc. under this Agreement. Customer’s credit card will be charged as follows:

If Customer elects to pay on a Pay-Per-Search basis, each time Customer performs a search on Pass-Through Search basis, Customer’s credit card will be charged or the count of the monthly searches can be collected and billed once a month on credit card for the monthly totals. The amount of the charge will be based on the total number of searches performed by Customer during the month. The per-search price will be set at such time the account is open which is reflected at time of checkout and is recorded by CriminalWatchDog, Inc.

Late Fees. Customer shall pay CriminalWatchDog, Inc. a late payment charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less, on any unpaid amount for each calendar month or fraction thereof that any payment to CriminalWatchDog, Inc. is in arrears.

Privacy Statement
CriminalWatchDog is dedicated to the privacy of its customers and their data. Due to the importance and sensitive nature of these transactions all requests will be logged for security purposes, stored privately and transmitted in an encrypted form. CriminalWatchDog pledges never to share or sell information about our customers to any 3rd party or organization, unless of course the credit card used is reported stolen or is used fraudulently, or to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding violations of CriminalWatchDog.com's terms of use. In which case pertinent information will be provided to the proper authorities including the IP address from which the transaction originated.

CriminalWatchDog, Inc. reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time and you agree that CriminalWatchDog, Inc. may request and obtain renewal of this agreement at its sole discretion before, during or after you perform any public record search or investigation located on CriminalWatchDog.com.
